So I'm thinking about picking up a GS80. All the reviews I've read say you can't beat it for the money. BUT, I'm thinking about jumping up to the GS320. My questions are...

1) Are the 3CCD's worth the extra $$$? Price difference is around $160. I'd like to put that money towards an extra battery, etc.

2) I understand that the GS 80/85 do not come with editing software but the 320 does. Does anyone use the software provided with the 320? If so, is it any good? If not, what do you recomend?
