I'm so disappointed that i bought a JVC camera, aside from the firewire issues that i commented on the other thread i made, now my menu button does not work. Has this happened to any of you?
Or do i need to send this camera to JVC for a fix?
I left the battery unplugged from the camera for two days and the menu button worked for about five minutes, after that it wouldn't work anymore.
Is there a firmware or software update for this camera?
