I can't seem to get this to work properly on Elements 2.0...

Basically, what I'm trying to do is replicate the text title transitions seen in tv shows (ie X-Files comes to mind). From a black screen (or 'dip to black' screen from previous video clip), I'd like to fade into white text on bottom left corner (ie "December 10, 2007 - Grandma's House), then black screen dissolves into next movie clip, then have the text fade out after a couple of seconds. Ideally, I would also use these as chapter points on the finished dvd.

Any suggestions would be great!
