H200 or GS320

Hi,
i wanna buy a handycam.....one between panasonic nv gs320 and sdr h200.
My main purpose is to make short films and edit them on my pc.I really liked the H200...but i have heard people saying that it has some file extension related problems while transfering data to pc and editing it.

PLZ HELP.....I need .....GUD QUALITY VIDEO ,HASSLE FREE EDITING.

no file extension problems. if you use the included panasonic software it changes the extension for you. if you use SDcopy it will rename it and set the aspect ratio properly. the only time you will have a problem is if you physically drag and drop the files over- then you have to change the extension to MPG manually.

the only problem I've had, is Pinnacle Studio can't keep the audio sync'ed up with the video. but I would never recommend studio as an editing app anyways.

video wave (roxio) does just fine. Windows movie maker as well.
