Thumbs down Just got a canon dc10 from pawn shop

Ok this is my first camcorder and I am lost. I mean shouldn't it be so much easier than all of this stuff. But anyway, all i have is the charger and camcorder. What all else do i need? The only thing im looking to do really is take videos of hockey fights and put it on youtube. Remind you im pretty broke now.

So what all would you suggest i get and any tips would be greatly appreciated.

At the risk of sounding rude, perhaps your choice of subject matter may be offputting to some people.

Aside from that, I would ask if you've read through various threads here on the subject of transferring videos to PC/Youtube/etc.? I'd also suggest you download the manual & look through that.

Most likely, you're going to need more equipment and/or software since you didn't get any of the "freebies" that normally come with the cams.

Good luck.
