Angry Black Death SCD23

I started having trouble with my screen Christmas day of 2005. Sometimes it would work and sometimes not. I missed alot of events that I would love to have for the future. I contacted Samsung several times about this issue. Once I was even told to press and hold the easy Q button therefore resetting the cam. Yeah, like that worked and was then he told me he was glad he could be of assistance and to have a good day. I contacted them again on 11-30-07 and they gave me the option of a free repair or free exchange for a "new" camcorder. I chose the "new" one over one that was defective. It took a week just to get the elabel to return it. CVE received mine on 12-11-07 and I was promised by Samsung I would have my new one before Christmas. I did not get my "new" one until 1-2-08 and then found I was lied to in the beginning because it was not new. I was sent a refurbished SCD372. The SCD372 new costs $200.00 less than I paid for the SCD32. That is when I started my search and found lost of people like me. I was furious when I got someone else's problem instead of a new one like I was promised. I am so glad I found this site. I just signed up to the CAL. I hope we all together can show Samsung they can't ge away with ripping people off.
