Overexposure on ZR 850 on cloudy overcast days

I will post a sample soon. White shirts have a substantial glow and faces have white out areas similar to when your to close with a flash. I tried setting white balance and other manual settings but didnt seem to help. any ideas how to correct this?

Have you tried lowering exposure?

actually yes I did but it didn't help.

What about setting in neutral color?
