Input on Sony HVR-A1U
Greetings,

I was considering purchasing the Canon GL2 until it came to my attention that there are well documented issues between the Canon and MAC with respect to FW implementation.

To that end, I am seeking opinions and any input on the Sony HVR-A1U.

I don't think I've ever heard anything negative about it, ever. A1U owners seem delighted with it.

There are whole sub-forums devoted to it at sonyhdvinfo.com and dvinfo.net. Check them out.
