Only get first 2-3 minutes of 20 min vid
When I open Ulead to edit a video, I only see something like 10% of the video. This is with any video I open. Any hints?

Without knowing the properties of the video it is hard to say.
With Ulead open, right click on one of the clips and post the properties listed back here.
