Transferring from Camera to Portable Device
I am going on a trip and my GZ-MG21U only has 20 GB drive which will give me between 5-6 hours at ultra fine.

Is there a way to move/save the files to an external HD or some other device? I do not really want to have to pack a laptop.

Over two weeks, I will take more video than this.

Any suggestions?

I also have the MG 21 20Gb camera and have found the HD to be adequate for a 2 week holiday on the Ultra Fine setting.
I believe you need a special type of HD if you want to download the video files, so probably it would be just as easy to take a laptop.

You need a device which has "USB Host" mode.
