Format of Recording - DCR-HC28
Just wondering what format the Sony DCR-HC28 records in, if anyone knows. Also what software works with the format, if it isn't AVI or MPEG. Answers appreciated.

All AVI files are not the same, in fact AVI is not a format and it can contain a variety of files.

The DCR-HC28 outputs in DV AVI which many editing programs work with DV AVI, Microsoft Movie Make and iMovie included.
