Video software with subtitles

I'm looking for a video editing software that will let me add graphics such as subtitles. Using the software that came with the camcorder is not getting it done.

Anyone got a good one? At this point, i'm not so concerned with price, just need the features and ease of use.

I have all software with me included Adobe Premiure Pro CS3, Sony Vegas 8 Pro, Ulead 11 plus and PowerDirector 6.
