I am a newbie to the HD world (I have the old mv500i). After reading a whole lot of stuff from these boards and the recent reviews, I'm taking the plunge with the HF100. I'll use the lower cost (v the HF10) for extra cards.

I'm also a user of Pinnacle (currently on v 10plus). I see that PSU does not support blu-ray at present. Apparently, with sony you can write to the camcorder tape and thence (?) import into Nero. Does anyone kow if this approach would work with the HF100?
