I have a Sony HDR-HC5 HD camcorder and I am trying to figure out the best way to create files I can view on my computer and still maintain highest picture quality. I used Vegas to capture the video into .mt2 files. But from here I can't find any good conversion program to a MGEG2/4 file. I am wanting to stream these videos within my network (via PS3 and Russound CAV6.6) so those formats are best. I thought I used Super in the past but I cannot get that to work any longer. Does anyone have instructions they can post or a link to site with such info?
