Has anyone made HD-DVD discs on DVD media? My Studio Plus 11 only gives me the option of AVCHD, DVD, SVCD and VCD in the Disc Options. I have re-installed as per Pinnacle Support's instructions, but nothing changes - they say it is an installation problem. My original Studio program was Studio Plus HD Edition Trial Version with a Panasonic camcorder and I purchased the activation key. Everything else works fine. If I can't succeed, I'll have to purchase the HD plug in for Nero 8 since I'm awaiting delivery of a Toshiba HD-DVD player.

My Toshiba EP-30 HD-DVD player arrived so I finally gave up on Pinnacle and purchased the Nero HD activation key. It worked fine with Nero and the 2 pass video render option gave very good HD quality on a standard DVD. It looks as though a standard DVD will take 25 mins, so I'll now try a Dual layer.
