nv-gs330eg-s

hello everybody,

i've just ordered my first camcorder, the nv-gs330eg-s,
together with the panasonic lamp (vw-ldc102e-s)

i also want an extra battery, the guy in the store want's to sell me a CGA-DU14(7,4V/ 1700mAh, LithiumIonen). But i don't have any idea how long i can tape with it, or that it is better then the original battery on the camcorder
(should i buy 1 or will i need more battery's?)

And if i buy a tripod, what is important to look for ?

thanks in advance
rikki

Hi
I can't answer your questions but I want to ask you whether you can tell us how you like your GS330 once you are familiar with it?

If you are using the lamp on the camera, the CGA-DU21 is a better choise. It has a capacity of 50% more than the DU14. For my camera (NV-GS500), I have the original DU 14, which came with the camera and two spares DU21, giving me more than 10 hours of filming. I did not buy the Panasonic types but from Lenmar. These are good and a lot cheaper.
