Pixela hangs while saving to PC?

I'm trying to save a files, largest is 79mbs, to my computer using the latest update of the pixela software. I noticed that the progress meter cranks away for awhile and then comes to a dead stop in the middle of transferring a file. If it sits for awhile it picks back off where it left off and continues. I'm using same USB cable I use for my digital cameras and same USB port and haven't had any issues i.e. contention. Is this normal? I've got to get a card reader to see if the actual sdhc card I have is somehow bad. I wouldn't suspect so considering the files on camera playback fine which means they were captured ok.

I think it may be due to the Haali Media Splitter I installed for CoreAVC. I noticed the Haali icon popping up as I was viewing files in the ImageMixer 3 Library. The program was locking up again so I uninstalled Haali and it is running ok again. I'll try importing some videos later.

Pixela still incredibly slow importing/saving files from the HF100 even though Haali is uninstalled. My rig is plenty capable, q9300, 4gbs ram, tons of disk space. The USB cable I use works fine with all the other devices I connect that transfer files. Perhaps it is the memory card. Is anyone else using Transcend 8GB SDHC cards? The one I have is rated class 6.

Strange, I've got an Intel dp35dp motherboard in an Antec P182 case. The front USB ports have worked for everything I've thrown at them until now... The HF100 for whatever reason will only work out of the rear USB ports. I find it strange since I've had everything under the sun plugged into the front including iPods, digital cameras, external powered hard drives and even the Sony SR11. I'm wondering what is so different about the HF100. Could it be that the connection is shorting out in some way due to the camera's need to have it plugged into it's own powersupply ? I know there have been issues with the Antec P182 series and grounding of the front ports. By why then would the external hard drives work...

Just passing this along in case others have issues.

Thanks Paul, you nailed it. There seems to be a conflict between Haali Media Splitter and Pixela ImageMixer. ImageMixer was freezing up on me constantly. I was also seeing the Haali icon in the system tray. I had installed it as part of the K-Lite Codec Pack. After uninstalling that codec pack, ImageMixer is now working properly.
