Blurred images

I have recently bought an HV30 and took it on a trip to Mexico. I find the images to be a bit blurry, especially if there is any movement on the part of the object or the camera. In certain cases there is a drag of the image. Any suggestion. Overall the image quality isn't very good. I am hoping it is something I am doing incorrectly.

Thanks for your advice and yes i am a novice.

There may be a couple of reasons for this. First of all, did you transfer your video to your computer and watched it using your computer or did you directly played back from your camcorder using a TV.

Which setting did you use 24p or 60i? Did you adjust any setting or left it in auto mode. Did you have this problem in low light situations?

It may be because of the shutter speed but if you can provide more details I can answer it more accurately .

It would be a lot easier to diagnose the problem if you could post some video for us to see.

Good luck.
