$1000 or so HD cam with mic and lanc?
Almost bought an HV20 or HV30, but no lanc jack was a deal breaker. I confess I haven't been keeping up. Does anyone know of an HD cam that has a mic input and a lanc input?

Lanc is a Sony feature, so it makes sense that Canons won't have it. The Sony HDR-HC9 has a Lanc port. here is the review:

Thanks Matt.

But Canon adopted Sony's Lanc spec. My GL2 has a lanc port. Panasonics don't have lanc.
