Anyway of telling what fps mode was used for shooting?

Just wondering if there is any way of getting the shooting info up for video footage shot on the HF10.
As ive been experimenting with different modes and frame rates i want to see what i have used.
All my shots show 25fps but i would like to know if thats 25p or 50i.
it would be nice if there was an info button on the cam itself.

Cheers.

Only visually, no metadata in clips themselves.
