Question Best memory cards for AVCHD?

Hello, this is my first post here. I just recently bought a Canon HF10 and am loving it. Its got great picture and sound for a consumer cam. I know the best tapes to use for mini DV, but as for SD memory cards I am at a loss. I see on B&H that the Delkin 16 GB class 6 drive is $89, has anyone had any negative experience with Delkin? Any positive experiences with Delkin?

I plan on using these for a trip to mexico & surrounding countries this summer, I'm looking for something that can get me through 2-3 hours of shooting then download to a laptop at the end of each day.

Thanks!

Sorry I can't say anything about Delkin as I'm not familiar with that brand. For me, I have had no problems with either Sandisk and Lexar. My experience with these are with still cameras, not camcorders. For my camcorder, which is the Sony Cx7, I use the Sony Memorystick. One piece of advice I can at least share is to purchase your media at a reputable store. If it's online you can trust companies like Amazon & B&H Photovideo as examples. Reason being, there are a lot of fake knockoffs on the market looking like the original. People who have purchased them have had serious problems.

If you are going on a vacation like you mentioned and are planning on securing memories go with a trusted brand purchased at a trusted location. Delkin might well fit into that catagory, I don't know. Perhaps someone else can help you with that brand. Have a good trip. I recently spent 3 weeks in the Philippines. All of my videl came out great. Fortunately I didn't purchase a memorystick knockoff.
