Replacement for HD1000

Has anyone heard if a replacement for the HD1000 is coming anytime this summer? I read a couple reports saying Sanyo typically releases an update to their Xacti HD models every 6 months, which would mean he HD1000 is due for replacement anytime now.

[Really hoping they add respectable image stabilization to it, because otherwise, it seems like a near-perfect solution for the masses that are looking for a really sharp image from a 'practically pocketable' device.]

Ok, I guess Sanyo listened when I posted that yesterday. Looks like the HD1010 was just announced today: http://www.camcorderinfo.com/conten...order-35201.htm

Hopefully the image stabilization will be better than the HD1000.

The Sanyo HD 1010 supports high definition video at 60 frames per second. Conventional cameras can only shoot at 30 frames per second. At such high speeds I bet you can shoot video while walking.
