Vegas install

Just installed Vegas Platinum ( brand new software for me) and also may have made mistake installing "Picture Motion Browser" ware that came with camcorder ---Sony HDR-SR11? Should I uninstall PMB or leave both?

Leave both installed. PMB is your "gateway" from the camcorder to the computer as well as a nice place to keep all your videos and photo's organized. Also, it's the only way you have right now to burn those AVCHD DVD's that you will need for archiving and playing on your PS3 or Blu-ray Disc Player if you want to watch your footage on your HDTV in HD from a source other than directly from the camcorder.

Not sure if you're aware, but Vegas Platinum only edits your AVCHD and converts it to SD. It doesn't output AVCHD.
