Problems with DVD

Im sorry if this is asked before but Im in a desperate need of help!

I've recorded my videos into four DVD-RW disc. Now, I want to transfer them all into the computer. But once I put it into my comp's DVD drive, it doesnt pick up anything! the drive says that the disc is empty! I tried to connect using my camcorder but to no avail...

I can view the videos I took using my camcorder tho..

Im using a Panasonic VDR-D310..

I need help from you guys... I need to know what esle can I do to take the videos out from the DVD into my comp so that I could save the videos.. thx!

Hi
If you do not see any files on the disks when using windows explorer on the PC then a possible reason maight be that you haven't finalized the disks on the camcorder.
If you see some folders/files on the disks with windows explorer but they don't play on the computer then a possible reason maight be that you have used VR-Mode instead of Video-Mode.
In VR-Mode the camcorder generates VRO-files that can't be played on the PC(but you can edit them), in Video-Mode the camcorder should generate regular VOB-files.
If you have finalized the disks but you still can't see any files on the computer then I would test whether the files can be seen on another computer.
