Hi all. I'm doing some analog conversions for a person who wants to do their own editing of them at a later date.

Some of the clips are larger than what would even fit on a minidv tape.

I'm sure there must be a program that is capable of slitting these files for copy to dvd-r media and then once placed on his hard drive, they could be reassembled into one large clip.

I know I can take portions off the timeline and number them, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good program, faster and more automated that would do this?
