VP-D382 bought recently because of very good price but I think it's obsolete.
Having trouble transferring DV tape to computer. My normal editor is Elements & it totally fails to load the film. Movie Maker loads it but creates a massive file,
Anyone out there who can suggest why Elements has problems with this camera but not my previous one (Canon - tape transport does not work)
