I bought a Lavalier mic for the purpose of using it with my FS 100. I plugged the mic directly into the camera and made a test recording. I was surprised at the amount of hiss that was on the recording, especially since I had taken so much care to turn off noisy equipment. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Does anyone know how I can fix it? I'd rather not have to buy something else, but I will if I can be sure it will work.
