.wpl type file from my camcorder
Video clips that we take are in .wpl format (Windows Media Player playlist) from our camcorder. They run well for us in Windows Media Player.
A few of our contacts can play the video clip that we attached to the message to them. But a few others couldn't run it. They said, "We cannot get the video. I don't think that the movie was sent properly." "The video player could not find the file." "The attachment that you kindly sent me wouldn't open, so I didn't get to see it." Is it because we need to convert the video clips to .avi, .wmv, or such; or don't they simply have Windows Media Player?
Does it matter whether the video clip is burnt to a CD or DVD type disk? When we burnt the clip, we downloaded it to a CD type in "data" type. The choice is "data" and "audio."
If .wpl clips can be converted, how may we do it?
Please let me know. Thanks. Denny
