VPC-HD2000 and rolling shutter

Hi guys!

After 5 years of dSLR photography, I now want to get into video.

I am looking for a camera with super low-light / ambiant light performance. On my list is the Sanyo HD2000 (and Panasonic TM300)

On the site, it seem like the HD2000 and the TM300 are top dogs when it comes to HD camcorders with low light performance.

I need something that is flash based and which has a shoe for a passive LED light.

But when it comes to the Sanyo HD2000 - when I look at samples on youtube etc, there seem to be plenty of the rolling shutter effect from the sensor. What are you owners opinion of that?

How fast does it focus and how close?

The Sanyo is about 42% of the TM300 price here and seems like a steal. Just to get into this new "game" and learn the skils. I plan on shooting most in wide mode.

Any other suggestions?
