Sony HDR-xr200V, vista 64 and picture mtion browser....Help!!

I sure hope someone can give me advise. I have all my vacation footage that was on the HD of my sony handycam transferred to the hard drive of my computer and I was able to burn 2 Blu-ray and some AVCHD dvds using the pmb program that came with my sony recorder. I wanted to create a one-hour HD dvd just showing the highlights of our trip...and now everytime PMB gets to 25%, I get an error message" 0070-8012-8013-0000C01B" for authoring tool AVCHD. I have removed the vista codec package that was installed on my computer, have uninstalled and re-installed PMB at least 10 times if not more, have tried burning from my internal second drive as well as from my external drive. I thought maybe it was the AVCHD authoring tool problem and tried to burn another blu-ray and received the same error code. I have LOTS of hard drive space over 200GB and 6.00 GB RAM. I just don't know what else to do. I called Sony and they were useless IMHO. Just told me it was not their software and that it was my computer that was at fault. They told me to uninstall and reinstall. I have updated the PMB and have the latest version for vista 64, my drivers are all updated and I have vista pkg 2 installed. Just don't know what else to do...???? Anyone experience this problem?
Any suggestions would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
Thanks!!
