how do i use 2 chanels ?

I rec. tape with 2 audio inputs , in input 1 i used wireless
mic. and in input 2 i used the camera mic. if i chosed the
ch1*ch2 at the rec. ch select i saw that its allready mixed,
so i used the ch1 option at the rec ch selecet,and it look like every thing is o.k,the 2 chanels worked at the audio display,but
when i wanted to edit the tape at my computer(i use the premiere 6.0 and firewire cable,the cuptre video came only with 1 audio chanel.what is the problem ? how can i cuptre and edit the 2 chanels ? is it the camera problem or the premiere problem.
i need your help, i have 18 hours shooting for my film !!!!
