Good Digitcal camcorder and Digital Camera

All,
I am planning to buy a digital camera which also acts as a good digital camera.

Currently I am looking at Sony TRV900 and Panasonic DV952. I am not sure what to pick up. I saw that Panasonic has good digital camera capability and sony doesn't but on the other side I saw lot of reviews where they state TRV900 is best.

I need advice on which one to choose.

Thanks
Rads

Re: Good Digitcal camcorder and Digital Camera

I am also looking at the PV-DV952. The Panasonic will have better still capabilities but the TRV900 will have better video because of its larger CCDs. You may also want to consider the new Sony TRV950. It has better still image capabilities than the TRV900 and adds a flash.
