I just bought a Sharp WD-450 and figured that the software would support firewire, but it only supports the "Stil" function of the smart media card. How do I take video from my mini DV disk onto my hardrive through the Firewire connection?

PS. i have been able to capture video onto my drive directly through the firewire port using ulead video studio 5. but it is only a trial.
