Capturing

Can someone tell me why I can capture on my c drive, 60 gigs, with no problem, and when I capture on a new d drive 160 gigs, I get lots of dropped frames.

Thanks

Check the DMA. Look at the properties of the drive in the device manager and make sure DMA is turned on. I had the same problem, the drive speeds were way down. Also make sure tiy have the latest and greatest drivers for the controllers.
