Adobe takes their video editing tools online

Posted by Emily Price

Now you can use adobe products to edit your online videos without ever having to purchase or download a thing. Thursday Adobe  announced a partnership with the website Photobucket and plans to bring some of their video editing tools to their website. Photobucket is apparently the first of several planned online partnerships for Adobe to bring their editing tools online. The partnership will allow Photobucket users the ability to create better looking content, while upping Adobe's brand awareness. So it's a win-win for everyone.

All of the editing tools are presented on the site as an Adobe Flash application with no need to download anything to use them (besides Adobe Flash). Right now the tools are available under a pretty limited public beta for Photobucket Pro users but they should be available free to all of Photobucket's users the beginning of March.
