How to Improve Google Video Search with Sitemaps

How to GoogleGoogle Video joined with Sitemaps to develop the extension Video Sitemaps to help improve search of all public videos through the “Google Video” category. This will allow webmasters to simply submit the URL to the Sitemap protocol for Google to index. Users can add descriptive metadata such as the video’s title that will be searchable by the engine. Google can crawl the following video types: MPEG, MPG, MP4, MOV, WMV, ASF, AVI, RA, RAM, FM, and FLV. To find out how make a Video Sitemap, click on Google’s Help page.
