How Top 10 Video Hosts Compare: MSN Traffic Rising

Google’s YouTube is consistently the number video site on the Web with more than 213 million visits a month.  In a study conducted by a website analytics provider for the month of October, Compete.com found that YouTube unsurprisingly makes up 53 percent of the market share.  MSN Video ranks as a distant second, although online users shouldn’t brush off MSN; the website is gaining momentum.  MSN demonstrated a 25 percent increase from the previous month, making up about 9 percent of the entire market. 

Yahoo! Video and Veoh.com, however, are sliding.  Yahoo! slumped with a lost of a quarter of visits this last month.  Veoh dropped one-fifth of its monthly visits.
