PerformanceIntroduction
JVC has updated their entire G-series in the hard disk drive (HDD) Everio line for 2006. Last year, we felt that the asking price for these camcorders was completely incommensurate with the low video quality. While "convenience" is JVC’s sticking point, the tape-less market is getting an increasing number of players, including Panasonic, Sony, and Sanyo. We took a look at the mid-level GZ-MG37 to see how it holds up against the competition and what, if any, improvements were made to last year’s models.
