New Wireless Microphone Mount

It’s probably a bit high-end for most of us, but the JimmyBox looks like an interesting way to mount a professional wireless microphone setup on a high-end MiniDV camcorder. Most wireless microphone setups mount the receiver at the rear of the camcorder, which often makes using them uncomfortable on smaller models. I’ve even seen people mounting the receiver with gaffer tape, which is not a good way to mount anything that you don’t want to fall off. The JimmyBox mounts it underneath the camcorder, and also provides a support arm that might make using the camcorder easier. It also works with tripods and costs $149.
