 A slip-up Monday at the UK branch of Apple's online store seems to offer hard evidence that the dual-quad core Mac Pro is on it's way. A reader at The Unofficial Apple Weblog sent them a screen shot of a search window from the store featuring Mac Pros in both four and eight core varieties. Of course, clicking on the link led directly to the ordinary quad core product page. As of today, Apple has fixed the site. This isn't huge in the way of rumor verification. the quad core Intel processors have been available for a while, and it was only a matter of time before Apple put them into a machine. Still, slip ups from the Apple store have in the past proven to be deadly accurate, and this one leads us to believe the Octo-Mac is a pretty much a lock for NAB, if not sooner. Technorati Tags:
