What’s in the Box?
The VDR-D310 ships with the following items:
-CGA-DU12 rechargeable battery pack
-AC adapter
-AC cable
-DC cable
-AV/S cable
-Remote Control
-Button-type battery for Remote Control
-Lens cap
-USB cable
-DVD Palmcorder CD-ROM

Panasonic’s 3-piece power supply is a bit over the top. Most camcorders just feature an AC cable that connects to an adapter with a DC cable attached to it. Even better, most JVC Everios are equipped with a single AC adapter with DC cord attached.

Other Features (2.0)
Faders –Faders are pretty much a standard on most consumer camcorders. At the start and stop of recording, video clips will fade in and out for that cinematic wonderment. Choose between black and white.

AGS - When the auto ground-directional standby function is selected, the VDR-D310 pauses the recording process when the camcorder is tilted upside down. This prevents the lackadaisical tourist from recording 14 minutes of jittery Epcot sidewalk.
