The Samsung HMX-H200 The Samsung HMX-H200 is an entry-level camcorder that offers 1920 × 1080 Full HD video recording with a price tag of under $400. The camcorder doesn’t have a load of controls or features, and it did run into some problems in our low light testing, but it does offer decent performance and good value with its bargain price.
