Samsung Korea Unveils 26X Zoom DVD Camcorder

Samsung has just unveiled their latest DVD camcorder at the KES show in Seoul: the VM-DC560. The new camcorder has an impressive sounding feature set: there’s a 26X optical zoom, a 1.1megapixel sensor, a 2.7-inch LCD and a dual-layer DVD drive that can write to the recently released DVD+R dual layer discs. It can also write to single layer DVD-R and both types of rewritable discs. There’s no information on pricing or availability yet, but it looks like an interesting, small camcorder.
