Sony Buys Online Video Site Grouper.com

Posted by Richard Baguley

Sony is laying out some cash to gain a foothold in the online video hosting market: they’ve just paid $65 million to buy Grouper, which claims to be “the second largest independent video community”. I’ve not tried Grouper myself: anybody out there care to let us know what you think of it?
