Using XDCAM files within Media 100

Posted by Emily Price

The Media 100 wesbite has an article on how to utilize XDCAM files within Media 100. The process involves taking the .MXF files and transcoding them into .MOV files in order to import them into the Media 100 system. The process is reasonably simple using a free download from Sony and QuickTime Pro to make the magic happen. You can check out some step-by-step directions as well as some screen shots to help you along the way here.
