Zippy Videos is a free video sharing site designed to bring aspects of social networking into video sharing. The site is currently in beta but has a decent amount of videos already available to view on the site. Users are given their own video web page to share their videos, and videos can be tagged for easy searching.

Video upload size: Zippy Videos supports videos up to 20MB

Video files supported: Zippy videos supports avi, mpg, wmv, asf, 3gp, mov, rm, or swf formats.

Private Videos: Yes. You can set videos to private and only allow certain people access to see them.
