Electric Fuel Announces Large Camcorder Batteries

Electric Fuel has announced it's Instant Power line of batteries. The batteries can provide camcorders with up to 10 hours of recording life. However, the batteries are not rechargable.

The inital batteries will work with Sony and JVC camcorders. The 10 hours of recording time is nothing new, however the price point might even be called revolutionary. According to the company, the batteries will retail for $15.95 to $24.95. The batteries seem like a good backup solution considering that they are one time use only.
