This new version of Broadway Pro ($549) bundles Ulead MediaStudio Pro DVD Edition video editing DVD authoring software, allowing Broadway Pro DVD users to integrate all the different components of a video project to capture and author video media - from live Web streaming, multimedia documents, presentations, Web pages, video CDs, DVDs to digital archives.

Broadway Pro DVD lets users connect a VCR, camcorder, or any other video source to the S-Video or composite input on the Broadway card to capture full-motion video and still frames in an AVI format for editing within Broadway Pro DVD or directly to MPEG video. Broadway Pro DVD's low learning curve lets users easily edit video and then compress/convert that video to AVI for output to videotape, MPEG-1 for CD-ROMs and VCDs, MPEG-2 for making their own DVDs or to a Realvideo file for real-time streaming over the Internet.

To add advanced effects and DVD authoring, users can utilize Ulead MediaStudio Pro DVD Edition that ships with Broadway Pro DVD to bring together all the components of a video project: video, sound, animation and titles. Using a 5-step wizard style work flow and customizable templates, the user can create VCD, SVCD and DVD titles with scene menus, navigation buttons and video introductions. Without the expense of additional software, users can burn their movie to a CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW or DVD+RW hardware for display on a PC-based or stand-alone DVD player.
