According to documents filed with the Federal Communications Comission (FCC) on February 14th, 2003 Samsung electronics is planing three camcorders, the SCD23, SCD24 and SCD29. One of the models, the SCD24 apparently will have a Memory Stick slot.
The SCD23 and SCD24 include a 2.5 in. LCD screen and a black and white viewfinder. Both camcorders record to MiniDV tape, and have a 10x optical and 800x digital zoom. The document's were not clear on the specifications of the SCD29. The most interesting part of the online filings, which are open to the public, is that the SCD24 will suport Memory Sticks. The document says that you can record and playback images from Memory Sticks. Below is a picture of the page on the manual indicating the Memory Stick support for the SCD24, from the FCC web site.
Below are pictures of the camcorder indicated in the document, though we are not sure if it is the SCD23, SCD24 or the SCD29.
